Murtek IT found out about Peacock Carter's web design services through word of mouth from one of our many happy customers.
...a new logo...
We were initially asked to create a website for the business, but after seeing some of our previous corporate identity work, we were also charged with the creating a new logo as well as business cards and letterheads.
The website was built using our web content management system which allows Murtek IT to login and update the website as and when the please. Some basic on site search engine optimisation was included as standard with the website thanks to the search engine friendliness of our content management system, and the initial website copywriting we provided. A contact form was added to the contact page in a snap thanks to the modular structure of our CMS, which provided visitors to the site with a simple way to get in touch via the website.

Once the website was completed, Murtek IT came back to Peacock Carter to add some new functionality to the website, including a support ticketing system and an online shop for the sale of computer peripherals.
Our bespoke ticketing system streamlined the management of customer support issues as well as ongoing requests, and based on the clients requirement, tracked the hours worked for each project to provide data for clients. By utilising an existing e-commerce system in order to deliver the shop within budget, creating a new skin to match the website's design.
Peacock Carter are now working with Murtek IT to create a new online brand for the sale of electronics goods, and are relishing the opportunity to work on yet another exciting project!
