Web design for Pedal for Charity
The guys behind Pedal for Charity, a charitable cycling event, were after website design to help promote their Europe-wide cycle in aid of charity.
The brief: charity website design
The brief was to create a logo design and website to track the journey of Andy and Jonny on a cycle expedition across Europe in aid of two very deserving charities - WaterAid and Clic Sargent.
The solution
As well as custom website development, Pedal For Charity required a blog to add updates of their journey as well as integration with Flickr, the photo sharing website.
Donations were taken through Just Giving, a charity portal website, which gave Jonny and Andy full control of their donations.
The result
The result was a bright, clean design for Pedal for Charity, which emphasises the exciting journey made across Europe, with a distance counter feature keeping their followers up to date with their progress.
They also completed their journey, raising over £4,000!
