Toucan CMS™ version 1

I’m pleased to announce that version 1 of Toucan CMS™ is complete and ready for use (although a more basic version has been in use on a number of our client websites for some time). Although Toucan as a system has been in use on most of our websites for some time, only now is the interface polished enough to allow our clients to effectively edit, manage and control their websites content.

What is Toucan CMS™?

Toucan CMS™ is more than just a “content management system” it is a modular platform and environment for content management and generation. A light-weight core provides essential functionality while a modular framework allows dynamic features to be plugged in. Modules which are plugged in can be integrated more tightly with the rest of the website using a simple hooks system.

How can I get Toucan CMS™?

At the moment, Toucan CMS™ is available exclusively to our clients. This allows us to provide a fantastic service focusing on our primary business sector - web design and development for businesses. We hope to be able to expand the availability of Toucan CMS™ in the future.
